Been charged twice for same phone and charged for traded in phone
Hi last month I've been charged twice for same phone and charged for a phone that's been upgraded

Billing for the phone that has been returned correct brinier until it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns on behalf of Sky and while it can take 2-3 weeks it might take like her at present due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Regarding your new phone have you made a manual payment to pay the bill, if you haven't then what date periods due the bills cover are they the same ?
