Battery

I bought a new iphone16 in September and the battery is not lasting. I have to charge it twice a day and if it gets to 10% at any time is can just power off. My phone had a two year warranty. Can I get a replacement?

Standard warranty is 1 year.  Did you purchase additional cover?

Hi @JDon101  the phone will need investigation by Apple or sky to see if it's faulty. High useage will drain the battery fast. Once it's been checked then sky will decide if it's to be repaired or replaced if faulty. Personally I would take it to an Apple Store first for them to check.

As an aside, have you checked the phone's battery usage counters?  They will show you exactly which app is using the battery.

It may not be a 'fault' but you have a 'rogue' application consuming the battery.
