Back order

I ordered an IPad and Apple Pen towards the end of August, with this it was expected to be a 2-3 week delivery time, i had received the Apple Pen the day after i placed the order and cannot find anything to state the status of the IPad apart from 'currently on back order' or 'coming soon'. is there a timeframe for this? I just feel a bit in the dark and can't seem to find anything for assistance! Thank you 🙂

Back order means that there is currently no stock for your order as Dky are awaiting it from their supplier so I'm afraid there is no way to know how long this will take but do keep an eye on your account as it should update when the stock has arrived and is on its way to DPD.
