I tried to switch my mobile over to sky on Sunday 16 November. It said to wait for an activation code for my eSIM but I didn't receive a code.
I did enter my PAC code to keep my number.
I still haven't received an activation code.
I called sky last night and asked for a code to be sent out but 24 hours later I still haven't received it.
sky was recommended to me however so far I have to say I'm disappointed.
please could someone get back to me as soon as possible.
