Most of the apps like Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, Gym App and even the MySky app doesn't work at all with the new sky broadband. WhatsApp, Youtube surprisingly work fine.
I have checked the broadband shield, made sure there's nothing blocking the apps.
I have restarted the router about 100 times in last few months. The apps start working momentarily and then they stop working again. We are just using our phone data all the time.
Calling Sky Support is an absolute waste of time they keep coming back to router restart, broadband shield etc again and again with long wait times.
It's so frustrating that the new sky wifi (Ultrafast) was supposed to be an upgrade over the Superfast.
I must say Superfast was so much better and reliable. Ultrafast keeps disconnecting intermittently.
If anyone can give me some advise on what I can do to resolve the issue, I will be really grateful.
