I have had iPhones using sky eSim, when swapping back to Android phone, requesting a new eSim and installing onto the android phone has been a nightmare.
Sky tells me to delete the eSim on the iPhone, when i do this the eSim install onto the Android phone does not work.
And the process to request a new eSim fails as I have no useable phone.
I end up having to request a physical sim card from Sky.
Has anyone else had this issue?
