@cath7112 he put me on hold whilst he esculated it, and gave me a reference number for the complaint I raised, think they have had a bad day in the office today, which I fully understand on a launch of a new iPhone, but to be told it would be here so I waited in which was a blatent lie to get me off the phone this morning was very poor indeed

Oh and to add insult to injury I was due a Parcel Force delivery today also, that too as not turned up and I got an email about 5mins ago saying that the order was being returned to the sender as I no longer live at the address, been in ALL day and no one as called, checked my Ring Camera and I can see the van drive past at around the time they tried to deliver, now on hold to them (wait time 60mins) to raise another complaint

I'M off the to the PUB,   hope you all get your phones soon

I have a case , extended  battery  and watch ordered no [removed]  phone ,and they cancelled  the order .

Sky doesn't use email for general communication to them. Based on your previous post there's a chance you've failed one of the required credit check(s). See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

genuinely what is the point in opening preorders if the people who ordered it the day it opened arnt going to get them till a week after release. 

if they are sold out then that's that, but why has there been nothing from sky just saying that. is there any point complaining or is it just going to be a waste of time? i don't want any discounts or compensation i just want my phone.

Update: I just got an email and update on my sky account that mine will be delivered tomorrow. I ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Silver, I pre ordered on th 12th at 1pm. Let's see how accurate this is.

@CCapelo Yes !!! Was literally right here!! Called and rained hell down on them!! They said they couldnt get hold of the driver or the local depot but will escalate. But i have now just paid for redelivery tomorrow between 12-6 and if they mess up again, will pay for sunday too. Absolutely bloody furious!!!!

I ordered my orange 17 pro max in the first day, around lunch time and mine is still sat the way it was the day after I ordered it. 

It's pointless people ringing Sky to complain, as everyone actually being paid by sky taking the calls, will be sat in a cafe somewhere in India. 

They'll swear on their children's lives absolutely anything, just to get you off the phone. 

You should know that if you've had any dealings with them before. 

I think it's great that they want to work and it's not their fault the way Sky runs things. 

If you want the latest and greatest phone from the cheapest company, then it's something you just have to live with. 

It'll come eventually and it's something to look forward to, so I'm not too fussed.
