It's so annoying being messed around. I just called them now because I wanted to know wether to WFH Friday or whatever and the guy assured me I "should" get the delivery Friday. I said someone told me this last week 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

what bugs me is that I ordered the 16plus on the 12th as it showed in stock. Then I called the Monday as hadn't received it, the guy said it's out of stock for up to 7 weeks. If you cancel and go for 17 series it'll come by Friday 19th...and here we are 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

the guy on the phone now was apologetic and has wavered my next bill by £27... which yes is great and I thanked him for this but still he could only say when I "should" get the phone by and couldn't tell me why I can't yet see any order info on my app ...

On the 12th, orange pro max. Waited in on the 19th, got a txt that evening saying 26th. Have rang sky today and they said will definitely get it on Friday. He didn't sound very convincing though!

I ordered on 17th as order didn't go through previously due to system going down so had to replace the order and cancel original one. The latest email I received was the order confirmation my account has changed from summary complete to now saying summary in progress with coming soon and a message on the app saying 4th

Hi I pre ordered the iPhone 17 on the 18th it has not been dispatched I want to cancel it. Is this possible or do I need to wait till the phone arrives to cancel it

Me from Ireland, again. Rang again today. Firstly, I am not a native English. But hell, they have hired very poor English speakers to read of a script now. Overall, this is the worst experience I've ever had. 

The person didn't even listen to me. Trying to cut me short from the very first second. When I insisted to get an update. She put me on hold - to get back to explaining to me the same rubbish.

"I advise you to wait till Friday. Order should be received by then. If NOT call back and we investigate this further." What the actual f*ck. 

My biggest worry here is: I ordered on the 13th since then I received only the confirmation email that day. No change in the app in process. Hello how long are they processing it. And how long am I supposed to just be sillent? 

Unreal. They are fast in taking your money. But not that fast in delivering on their promises are they?

Hi @Harry071  you should be able to cancel by calling sky but sometimes they advise just to refuse delivery when DPD attempts to deliver it.

Awesome news you are getting it, but its almost comical how Sky/Apple/Warehouses are handling this.

Just called they did say to wait and not accept the delivery abit frustrating. May aswell stay with sky rather than going to buy from somewhere else now

Same here, I’m from Ireland. I called many times and every time I got someone from India. One of them said “Your order is delayed, but we can offer you €10 compensation.”

Ordered  256 PM Blue and 256 PM Silver for my husband.

I've noticed everyone elses tracking shows iPhone 17 Pro Max Delivery but mine says Sky Mobile Device Delivery.

Did anyone elses say the same as mine but got it delivered?
