Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

On the phone to Sky Mobile - absolutr abhorrent customer service so far iust keep putting me on homd and cold transferring. No desire to help and now saying the delivery will be 26th for Iphone 17 Pro Max - again ive said how can this be when tou promised the 19th! Absokutely disgusting service.

@SNX1 I've ordered 17 pro max blue 256GB and it's coming today, so they've definitely started to ship them already.

Ordered 17PM 256GB on 12th, no updates, texts, emails nothing. When I ordered it said delivery ON the 19th yet my order is still "In progress - coming soon". 

Just called Sky and the guy said that no PMs have been shipped yet and that I can expect delivery in 24-48 hours. I'm not holding my breath on that. He then said it's due to not receiving the stock from Apple which is absolute nonsense. 

At least I know for next time not to pre-order from Sky. Will be ordering direct from Apple next time!!

Just of the phone , not iphone , to sky Ireland,  customer service  said it was undelivered  ,I said that's bull as its due today but I have had no correspondence from Sky and the phone  has been removed  from my orders ,reply 9ne of tje team will call me later today  or Monday, if I hadn't  recently  signed  a new contract  I would  have to them to shove the lit 22 years a shy customer  and this is how they treat ye .
