I ordered iPhone 17 pro max 512 gb blue about 1.30 on 12th got told over the phone at dinner today and and about 6.30 tonight I would get it tomorrow even though I had coming soon as a date still, just checked still not changed but when I checked messages on my account they have said plan to deliver on 26th, awful service shouldn't be advertising dates they can't deliver

DPD finally updated saying they have my parcel. The status was updated around 9:30pm. I ordered about 1:15pm last Friday for reference

I've got the exact same message, exact same date and sent at the exact same time as you received that. I've ordered the same phone but 512gb. I've complained, i think it's appalling saying a date of delivery that they can't meet.

Proper annoyed was told 19th and when I ordered it said delivery on the 19th and its just stuck on 'coming soon' spoke to sky and they tried telling me it will be here tomorrow then said all apple stock comes in on the 19th then again said the 19th they have no clue what they are talking about. I was like how will it be here tomorrow if its not been dispatched? The only way it gets here tomorrow is if you get the dpd email but he was adamant id receive it tomorrow, I know full well it ain't happening. Don't contact sky they have no idea and going by the agents name its simply a call centre in India where they have no access to anything but what we she ourselves in our accounts. Guess im waiting....
