Yeah I ordered on the 12th in the evening and I'm still yet to hear anything

Pre ordered on the 12th around 1:10pm just got a text this morning due to be delivered today! Will be refusing as I managed to get it elsewhere

Yesterday around 1pm I made a complaint, and at 8pm I received a message from Sky saying I will receive my order on the 1st of October.

Has anyone done a swap for the iPhone 17? Would sky send out the packaging for the swap phone separately or does it come with the new phone? Thanks for any advice

Preordered the pro max on the 12th. The Sky app has said 'In Progress' ever since.... until today!!!

But wait, there's more! It's now updated to say delivery is due 18th September...

perhaps it's for the iPhone 18 next year 🤣

I ordered on the 12th September when preorders started had numerous back and forth with sky. Decided today I'd raise a formal complaint and 1 minute after being on phone I get tracking information through.

I am apparently getting my deliver today. I ordered on th 13rd. 17PM orange 256 MBs. 

it's with DPD I still cannot believe it.

Sky have made a rip roaring mess of this and I will be binning them when my 16 PM is sold to give me money to buy my way out.

Utter shambles from them.

Currently writing this on my 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange 256GB that I picked up this morning from Argos. My order for the same phone with Sky at 1:05 on release day STILL says "coming soon" and nothing else. Looking forward to rejecting it when it eventually turns up!
