I haven't had that,  I've just been on messenger with them and told me it should still be 26th after originally being the 19th. My  DPD doesn't even give a date!

Do managers exist on their phone line? Everyone I've spoken to have incessantly fobbed me off and said they don't have any managers I can speak to, which I know is total nonsense for a corporation like Sky. Not sure how to actually get through to anyone to look into an issue for me, instead of having them just read me off their updated script-of-the-day.

This is what I was told by sky live chat. For info I ordered the IPhone 17PM 256GB (deep blue) on the 12th September at 1.10pm

I ordered the iPhone 17 and received a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time of 1 week but I am unable to track my order. My account is showing as no active orders and I can't understand why, and can't track where my order is.  Also I haven't activated my sim yt as the phone isn't here but it says it expires in 7 days, does anyone know what this means?

Still waiting for some sort of update as to when I will receive my iPhone 17 promax, only had a confirmation message. In my orders it says coming soon but no date, my partner has already received her phone and I ordered before she did, don't understand what's going on??

What a joke that it says order now for free next day delivery on the iPhone air but I'm still waiting for mine

Anyone have an idea why it went from saying summary completed in green to now saying summary in progress in grey?

So last few days i have been in contact with sky

i got told that the 17 pm sliver 1tb (what i ordred) will be dispatched from 19th

then i got told will be delivred in a few days on the 19th 

then i got told 26th will be next delivery slot and will be 27/28th i get my phone 

now its 4th

i ordred at 1.05pm on pre order realse date but seems this doesnt matteer to them at all as why did i miss the 26th delivery slots?

today they have said on 19th i should of had an update on a delivery date so he put it too the managers and should expect a call in 72 hours... doubt that will happen i give up waiting now i get its the stock from apple but why have delivery dates and slots if they can’t meet them

I was told that there was a system error and everyone who placed an order after pre

order day is being prioritised anyone who placed

the order on preorder day is last inline he said I could cancel and re order and there's a good chance I would get. It before preorders

I ordered mine and have not received any tracking or confirmation and sky are not contactable at all!

I'm sorry but I call bull on what they told you.  If there was a system error, it should be rectified immediately and those who pre-ordered should get some form of compensation or something due to this "system error."
