Apple AirPods Pro 3

I've had the Apple AirPods Pro 3 for a week. They aren't charging to the full power, only going up to 93%. I've tried plugging them in to charge and also magnetic charging. The light is showing and it's just making a 'ding' noise.

Has anyone else had this issue? Can someone give me some guidance

Hi @LeiaHendo  when the AirPods are connected to your phone have you checked the "optimised battery charging" setting in the AirPod settings.
