App saying paid mobile bill and now saying not ?

Sorry I checked my app to see if I was on track as my bank messaged me saying that's my sky mobile was higher than usual! When to the app after a message from sky mobile saying that my payment was overdue to find that according to the app the last to payment was not received and they added it on ok fine but the app says payment received!paid! So I'm like well it's paid but screenshot the page for proof and now it's say not paid this has all so happed on the digital payment them saying paid then not now everyone is on a tight budget theas days and now because of them saying paid ovasly I used the money that I was lead to believe was paid. So now I'm in debt because of it . What can I do about it?

If your bill on that link is showing as being paid then I'm sorry but I can't see what the issue is ?

The issue is now it's saying that it's not paid and I'm in arrears. Not the first time . If it paid it's paid how can they say it is then say it's not. If it's not paid then why is the statement saying it is and now putting me in debt ? I mean it's not my fault is it it's there System . So what I'm asking is what can I do about that because I don't have the money for it to keep happening and having to try and make extra payments do to there system giveing false statements

@Terry8230  Have you checked you bank account?  Does it show the payment was taken at all?

 

A bill will show as paid if a DD request is sent, if it fails it will revert back to unpaid.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It said payment received - the amount that was taken and account balance 0. But if there not received it then why say they have . Leading me believe that all is good 🤷‍♂️then change me a late fee as well.

If that is on your Sky account then it has been paid.

Sky is saying it's not paid . But like I said. That after saying on the bill statement they had received the payment and the balance was 0.00 . DD is all set for them have been for 15 or so years never been a problem just recently but what I need to know is what ! If ! And how do I get some sort of resolution on them putting me in debt with them for something they have created. They marked it paid and didn't take the DD . As far as I was made to believe it was paid. So I'm left chasing my **bleep** to repayment . Do you see what I'm  getting at. I don't know how else I can put it it's got me in a bit of twist 🤦‍♂️
