Anyone get Wifi calling on Sky mobile?

Does Sky mobile support Calling with Wifi?

Just moved to Sky mobile and notice I have poor service from home. 

I notice that when with my last provider IDmobile/Vodafone my Google Phone Dialer says "Wifi Calling" actually on the button

Since switching to Sky thats disappeared and I have poor reception at home

Anyone get Wifi calling on Sky mobile?

Hi @Chris706  sky only guarantee that WiFi calling works on phones purchased directly from them. It can sometimes work but not guaranteed. Did you get your phone from sky ?

Hi. No I bought my own phone years ago. I'll need to switch back.

How do I know if I'm in a contract?

I checked my online account but it didn't say and to be honest I didn't take any notice when I took it out

You have a 31 day cooling off period @Chris706  so as long as you are within this window you can leave sky penalty free. Call sky on 150 to cancel/request a PAC and move your number back to your old network.

Maybe a coincidence but my service has totally dropped out. So now I can't even call sky mobile Grrrr

More than a month and you are definitely in a contract @Chris706  and there will be early termination charges if you do leave sky. See the link below. One way to reduce the charges is to move to the smallest plan showing in your Sky account then when that kicks in at the start of the next billing period the charges are reduced to those for that plan.

I struggled to get to talk to anyone. After a few calls to the bot who just directed me to online and dropped my call, someone answered and put me on hold forever. I found out you can just text to get your pac code. I was in contract because sky sent me my termination fee but I'm gone. That was pretty stressful
