Another Rise.
My mobile bill is increasing by £1-50 a month, from February. But I am still in contract on a set price until March.
Does this mean I can cancel my contract, with out incurring a penalty.

Yes. If you've received the official email / letter from Sky it explains that you can and gives a phone number to call within 30 days. I received my email today which includes…

If you’re within your minimum contract period, call us within 30 days of getting this email to avoid early termination charges. Unless you tell us otherwise, your Sky Mobile subscription will continue as normal.
