Anonymous phone call

I had an anonymous phone call this morning saying they were from Sky . It was a mobile number Is this a true number or a scam

Hi @Jeff+parry  if they were saying your sim is going to expire or offering any free device then it's definitely a scam. They try and get your account information then order phones on your account and get you to inadvertently return them to them.
