An hour call with customer service and problem u solved

I literally just wanted to activate a replacement card.

Instead, I got transferred 9 times and repeated my details 9 TIMES.

 

And guess what? No one had a clue.

After an HOUR, they finally tell me:

“It’s a master issue, nothing we can do until an engineer fixes it.”

 

🤯 WHY didn’t you tell me that at the start?

Why waste an entire hour of my life?!

 

Meanwhile on the call:

You’ve been with us 3 years, you’re our GOLD VIP, check out our special deals.” I was told this at least 3 times with different people. 

 

Excuse me?? I can’t even use my number right now, and you want me to spend more money on you?

This is how you treat your so-called VIP?

 

I’m DONE with Sky.

No, because I lost my SIM card. When I tried to activate a new sim card in the app, it asked me to verify my account, which requires me to use my number, which I can’t…

The only thing I can suggest is by using the social media links at the bottom of the page to make contact to see if they can help as you woll not be the first or the last person that has had this issue.
