Affordability
I recently swapped phones and my bill is 3x more than it is normally this month and I just cannot afford a big lump sum like that is there any way I can spread it out

Abe you looked into why it is bigger by looking at your Sky bill via the MySky app as it might be the device you returned still has an amount that has to be paid off against it so if this is the case this is added to your next bill.
