Additional device on mobile bill

Hello!

 

I hope this message finds you well! I've received my mobile bill for this month and it appears incorrect.

 

I only have the one MacBook device and only one iPhone 16 Pro Max. The recent mobile device states there are two iPhone 16 Pro Max's which I have been charged for when this is not the case.

 

Please can this be amended accordingly and refunded with the amount I paid for the second device displayed (iPhone 16 Pro Max), as I only have the one, and just one MacBook on the plan.

You are talking to other customers on here so you will need to call Sky about this.150 is the free number to use and wnen you do call say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
