There is no add on package for Sri Lanka or any other country so you will rack up a large bill if using your Sky sim in the country:
£2.16 per mb of Data (not Gb)
£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers
£1.80 per minute to receive calls
£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles
£0.58 per picture message(MMS)
Best to use a local sim while you are out there.
