I am trying to activate an additional sim for my husband to use. When I go onto activate sim it tells me I must like my sky id first of all. I do this and it comes up that my sky id was already linked so go on to activate sim and it goes straight back to telling me I must link my sky id first - so basically just going round in circles. So fed up with it now

If the sim was ordered on your account then there should be no need to link it.
