Activation of additional sim problems

I am trying to activate an additional sim for my husband to use.  When I go onto activate sim it tells me I must like my sky id first of all.  I do this and it comes up that my sky id was already linked so go on to activate sim and it goes straight back to telling me I must link my sky id first - so basically just going round in circles.  So fed up with it now

You will need to call Sky about this, 150 from you phone being the number to call them on about this.

 

If the sim was ordered on your account then there should be no need to link it.
