Activation code

I've stupidly put the SIM card in phone and hasn't activated it and now Ive lost the code the app isn't letting me order a new one what do I do

If you don't have the packaging the sim card came in then you will be unable to activate the sum so you would need to order another physical sim from here as that one will be cancelled due to it not being activated:

It's a contact simcard so need contact about getting new one sorted but idk where to go to

Did you actually activate the sim card or have you not done this due to not having the packaging ?
