I have ordered a new phone i was meant to upgrade but ordered a new seperate one now i have paid off my old contract and want to activate my new sim but it wont accept my pac code as its already a sky number is there anyway i can solve this

You cannot use a PAC code within a network.
Either use your existing plan and number, call Sky and see if they'll apply any new offer to that SIM or transfer the number out of the network and back to the new SIM.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
