Activating sim

Hi was wondering if anyone can help, trying to activate a sim, but when I put last name, postcode and the last 6 numbers of account used to pay, it just keeps saying whoops there's been an error, any help greatly appreciated

You will need to call Sky to ask them to activate it for you:

 

150 is the free number to use from another Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
