Activating new SIM
I received a new SIM card connected to my account which I would like to set up to return my mobile service to Sky but I have not been able to activate it in the 31 day period. I would like to activate this SIM, the deal agreed upon with Sky staff who processed it and to transfer my number to my new Sky SIM service from another provider

If you have had your mobile devcie for 31 days or less then you will need to call Sky to arrange it's return.

You can't do this for a few reasons, firstly you have 31 days to activate the sim so if you haven't done this then the sim is cancelled and secondly when you activate the sim you are then charged for it so you might not be able to move the number to a different provider.
