Activate sim

Trying to activate my new sim with my new phone and it's saying my account is already linked and then no other options after that. Tried speaking on chat and absolutely no help what so ever!

All you should need to do is to sign in with your main Sky ID so have you tried this ?

my sim is not working it keeps saying i needs a A PUK number from you to get it to work can you please e mail me it From roy chbb.
