Two SIMs cannot have the same number if that's what you're trying to do? (If you want to move the number to the tablet then simply take the SIM out of your phone and put it in the tablet - but your phone would no longer support cellular unless you activate a new SIM, with a new number)
Most tablets do not have 'numbers' as such as they don't usually have the cellular hardware. (They don't usually have a 'phone' app)
You can tether your tablet to your phone for data access.
