Activate SIM

When I try to activate my sim i get this message Sorry, we can't activate your SIM at the moment

Please re-submit your SIM activation request and any requests to transfer your number and/or cancel services with your old provider.

Hi @jonny4918  are you trying to activate the sim and give sky a PAC at the same time ? If yes just try activating the sim on its own first.
