Action required for mobile order

I placed an order a week ago today, for the 17 pro max, the delivery wait time was saying more than 4 weeks which is fine I expected it but when I went to look at the tracking it's says there's action required but when I go in to view it just says there's an issue with my order, I can't find anywhere what the action required/issue is would it be right to presume the issue because of the delivery estimate time ?

You will need to call Sky to find out what the issue is.
