Account says restricted but nothing outstanding

Hi there I'm have problems with the account restricted message on both mobile and sky accounts but all my bills are up to date via direct debit and there are no actual restrictions on my devices or tv so just to check I went to price the sky glass tv and I get the message there is an outstanding bill then click on the message and it takes me to my bill which is saying all paid same on my mobile account it's really annoying

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Hi there thanks for your response I managed to chat with someone and according to them there was a small marketplace fee that hadn't been paid because of a change of bank card they told me to phone a number which was sky but they are just saying there is nothing outstanding and I'm just going around in circles could this be escalated again please as my chat has disappeared!! Thanks

If you were using the chat bubble on here to talk to someone then it should still be there so is this not the case or where you using something else to talk to them ?

No im using the same device and the chat bubble just disappeared I put in there I was getting nowhere in the phone call and the 3 dots that someone was replying was there next minute the chat just went and no chat bubble left to click either

Can someone open this chat again please as the chat bubble has gone again i need the information from there as I have spoken to at least 10 different agents on the phone and not 1 of them can do what was suggested in the message even with the reference number provided
