Account restricted issue

Hi, i am having issues with my sky account. I have sky broadband and sky mobile all my bills are paid, on time and it shows this when i go into the bills. There are also no actual restrictions to either service. However I keep getting a message that my account is restricted whenever I try and do something on the website. It states the amount due is the same as the amount that I was refunded after cancelling my sky tv previously. I think they perhaps didn't properly enter information correctly when issuing my refund. I recieved the refund months ago.

@AngeB That's an error that pops up from time to time, normally we would escalate your post to the community team here and they could help, unfortunately that option is offline for the next week so you will have to call Sky to get the issue looked in to.

I called them that day and it would seem it was a waste of time. The woman I spoke to said there's no restriction on your account and she said it must just be an error and that it should sort itself out. It hasn't.
