Account credit refund,

I recently posted about waiting for my cashback from a recent deal. I received my cashback just in time for my bill but rather than using the credit Sky has taken money from my bank account (a day before I get paid, so now I'm overdrawn. I do need to change the date). Is there a way to make Sky use the credit for my current bill and get the money back? If not can I just get the credit added to my bank account instead?

Not thrilled about this at all.

This has happened as the bill would have been created 14 days earlier so if the credit was not on it when this happened then it would not have been used but should be used against your next bill which you should be able to see via the MySky app so does it show that this credit will be used ?

@HomeAce

My understanding is that bills for Mobile, Glass and Stream are generated days before the billing date.

Re: Account credit refund,

The credit is showing for my next bill. It still states that there is £200 available credit on my account so I am going to attempt to get the credit as a refund to cover the cost.

Does it show that the credit is actually going to be used to pay the bill though, it might say the bill total is £0.00 if it is.
