Hi @SKYPZCPG if your account has been suspended due to late payment then your services will only be restored once the amount owed is paid and a new continuous payment method has been set up. If you are more than two weeks late then the next bill may need to be paid. The process is automatic and can't be overridden. Sky also don't accept promises to pay, no matter what CS might tell you.

We are customers here as this is where we help each other so what we can say is that Sky will not restore your mobile until the bill has been paid in full and that you have setup your payment method again.
