Accidentally deleted my daughter’s eSIM

I set up my daughter's new SIM card today  but the old provider was still showing on her screen and in her settings. I therefore deleted what I thought was the eSIM from the old provider and it turned out to be the new SIM, so she now has no data to use and we're going away for the weekend tomorrow. She is going to be so cross when she finds out. Can anyone me please help?!

You will have to contact Sky about this as they will then have to send you a physical sim to use which can then be converted to another e-sim.
