Accessing internet etc whilst out

So when I'm out and about I can't access google or kids can't watch phone as no signal to be able to watch I can have 4g/5g and 3 bars but unable to do anything. Have to wait till connected to WiFi before I can use phone other the calls or txt etc as jumps into that satellite mode a lot

Hi @Michelle863  have you checked the phone has the correct APN saved ?

Yes done all that. As advised by sky themselves but nothing

Did Sky suggest a replacement sim @Michelle863  ?

No nothing I'm going to give them a ring to discuss it as I'm paying for something that's not working correctly
