Absolutely Disgusted at the Way Sky are Treating Me!

About 6 weeks ago I logged into Sky to browse mobile devices.

When I clicked "Manage my Device" - I clicked through to "Interested in a new device Shop Now" - clicked Shop Now and was taken to the phone page.

When I then clicked "Buy Now" on a new mobile - I get through to a page saying:

"Your services are currently being restricted

There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."

Reinstate my services

 

When I click the blue "Reinstate my Services" button I get taken to ANOTHER page saying:

 

Reinstate my service

Your account is not currently blocked

View your bill
This has been going on for WEEKS!
 
I've spoken to a stupid amount of people in some Indian call centre telling me everything from "there's a technical glitch" to "It's your Sky ID" and then trying to HOUND ME into purchasing a new device over the phone - clearly couldn't care LESS about this issue!
 
NO-ONE ay SKY is REMOTELY interested in helping me get this sorted out. When I speak to someone in Scotland - they put me through to India.  WELL NO-ONE IN INDIA IS DOING ANYTHING TO SORT THIS MESS OUT!  IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS!  I've LOST COUNT of the amount of HOURS I've spent on the bloody phone to INDIA!
 
I've put a formal complaint into Sky - NO-ONE HAS RESPONDED!
I've been a Sky customer for over TEN YEARS - SPENT THOUSAND OF POUNDS in subscriptions and devices - and they treat me like utter 💩
 
Absolute shambles - this NEEDS sorting!!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Can't offer any tips, on here myself looking for advice but agree that the sky customer services for mobile phones is by the far the worst I've ever experienced

I've already tried this and all they did was pass me over to India......Again!
