About 6 weeks ago I logged into Sky to browse mobile devices.
When I clicked "Manage my Device" - I clicked through to "Interested in a new device Shop Now" - clicked Shop Now and was taken to the phone page.
When I then clicked "Buy Now" on a new mobile - I get through to a page saying:
"Your services are currently being restricted
There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."
When I click the blue "Reinstate my Services" button I get taken to ANOTHER page saying:
Reinstate my service
Your account is not currently blocked

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Can't offer any tips, on here myself looking for advice but agree that the sky customer services for mobile phones is by the far the worst I've ever experienced
