About my bill

Hello there I am unsure on why my bill is waht it says when I have the £5 a month data plan and it says that my bill for this month is £21.26 and that I have an over draft of -£42 on my account when I have been paying my bill since I had my contract. So there for am just wondering if you could help me to understand.

Not sure what you mean about having an overdraft. Is it a credit on your account you're seeing?

Are you paying for a mobile phone as well ?

Have you been making manual payments each month ?

If it says -£42 then that is a credit so money that is owed to you.
