About eSIM internet speed

Hlo I have e sim but sin doesn't work at 5G network it always work 4G  I have so trouble some times can you solve this problem other wise I have to take some other sim

Did you activate the 5G addon in your account for that dataplan?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Harmeetsingh2  make sure 5 G is turned on in your phone settings and that you have added the 5 G option via your account as in the link below.
