AWOL delivery.

Had a notification from DPD stating my Galaxy watch had been delivered,  great I thought,  someone was in.  Then I was greeted with a photo as proof of delivery,  fantastic,  except I have no idea where the place it was delivered is, it's certainly not my address.

Ive tried contacting both DPD and Sky through their uselss bot.  I know none of you are Sky employees,  but I dont know where else to turn.  Neither if my present phones are through sky so might just cancel the direct debit.

@rob1408

It is Sky then you need to contact about this and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

They will start an investigation with DPD and you should note that this can take a number of weeks to before it is completed.

@rob1408  Cancelling the direct debit won't resolve anything, you will need to call to resolve this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
