My company phone number divert's to my sky mobile via virtual landline. Over the past week when somebody phones us it's takes up to a minute before they here the ringing tone. A lot of customers have hung up before this.
virtual landline say it is a problem with sky, sky said there was a problem with a mast in my area but they say this has now been fixed. If anything it is now worse. Any suggestions?
