5g
I don't seem to get any 5g signal and everything I try to do on 4g signal it takes ages to load or Dosnt load atall, I've only just got this new sim and if i can't get a 5g signal is there anything I can do to get out the contract

Never knew that was a thing!
Just activated for our 1 remaining Sky SIM. Seems odd that you have to activate it. Why wouldn't you want it.
Our recently moved Sim's get 5G by default with new provider.

Hi @oj01 if you activate it and your phone isn't 5 G capable then it causes issues, probably more of a problem a few years back but there will still be customers using non 5 G phones.
