5g not working

Hi, I have a iPhone 15, for weekends I’ve had no 5g barely even 4G or 3G most of the time it just says ‘r’ Sat next to my partner who has 5g all the time. I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting guides with no luck,

please can someone help?
