I've never had 5G on my Samsung S22 even when others in my family are happily sitting there in 5G. I have read that a lot of Sky Mobile customers have this issue and that there is no real solution. Has anyone ever actually had this fixed?

As the previous reply suggests check if you have the 5G add on activated. It won't cost you anything extra.
