5G not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I switched from iPhone 11 Pro Max to iPhone 15 Pro Max, my previous provider was EE and now I transferred my number to Sky Mobile. 

My 5G Add-On has been activated and my settings have been set for 5G Auto. My 5G has not been working since I started with Sky which is roughly 2-3 months ago.

 

My family all have Sky Mobile and 5G works for all of them, as we speak they all got 5G and I barely have 4G, I followed all the Online Guidelines and still nothing seems to work, I've removed and Inserted my Sim and tried all sort of things but still nothing.

 

Could someone please help or advise me what to do?
