5G coverage in Northwood

Having recently moved into Northwood HA6 I have observed that Sky mobile signal coverage in this area and .upro 0.5miles surrounding area is extremely poor. Has anyone else experienced this as well?  This is causing serious issue to us.

Presumably your device is 5G compatible and you have added the 5G add-on is there any relevant information showing on this link?

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Re: 5G coverage in Northwood

Yes all of the above has been done. As soon as I drive outside this postcode area, I get proper signal on my 5G enabled iphone. There is no signal in this postcode and up to 0.5 miles radius. Please help as i dont want to move all my 4 sims from Sky to EE who have fantastic coverage in this are.

So is that link I posted disclosing a mast issue?

Not really. It does not inform me of anything

If this is the same on all four Sky sims/phones it's unlikely to be a sim issue so if the check is not disclosing a local mast issue contact Sky to report it just in case no one else has reported it so far.
