4G Calling /VoLTE

Anyone with an active Sky eSim have 4G Calling /VoLTE option on an iPhone? 

I've never had this option despite my phone being compatible according to Sky (I have checked website and's spoken to Sky).  I spoke to them this morning who said it's because I have an eSIM. 

Spoken to 2 friends who have Sky physical SIM cards in their non Sky purchased iPhones who have this option. 

I also read on an EE forum post that a few in there had the same issues on EE and it was a sim profile issue on EE when they provision the eSIMs.  EE fixed this issue and eSIM customers got 4G calling option. 

Just trying to work out if it is eSIM related.

Found on an non sky forum ans with the help in there that it seems to be enables by default so thats why i dont have the options.   I tested this and calls go via 4G

Wish Sky team knew this and gave the correct information.  
Been told my phone isnt from Sky thats why or i need a real sim as it wont work via esim.  😳
