2 step verification not working

not getting texts with verification code in , have had no problems in past but now suddenly not coming through, all other texts are coming through tho??

I've been having 2 step verification issues for over a week !!!

I contacted call centre on numerous occasions with no result 

I can't buy anything it's an awful service 

I've been a loyal customer for years and now I'm leaving sky mobile 

it's been a very frustrating week

Yeh I don't know why it's suddenly not working I tried call centre and was assured it's all ok there end , I tried the bank I'm with they said it's all ok there end , I'm now prob gonna have to buy a cheap phone and SIM card just to see if I can get a code to different number to access my accounts really annoyed
