2 SIMS showing on my account, I only have 1

Alongside SIM's on My Sky account it has the number 2. I only have 1 SIM card & I cannot get Sky to change it, can anyone help please?

If you go to your piggybank how many sims show here, is it just the one ?

 

Are you sure the sim you have got isn't labelled a sim number 2 ?

Ever find out??ask someone ordered replacement/same number sim,im still waiting on sky confirming that noone has ever requested replacement for my number/contract
