Hi
I have 2 SIMS - one for me and one for my partner, when I log on, it only shows my partners which therefore doesnt allow me to roll back my data. Does anyone know how I can rectify this please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Lynn81274 you will need to call sky on 150 as it sounds like, for whatever reason, that the other sim has somehow been ordered on a different account. Sky will help locate it and explain your options.
